We’re Ed and Rob—two natural connectors who love helping people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Whether it’s through a 1-day Urban Retreat or one of our signature Group Retreats in Crete, every experience we create is designed to help you step away from the chaos of modern life and tap into something deeper, more joyful, and profoundly transformative.
Our journey began in 2017 on a retreat in Crete, where we met, fell in love, and realised that this magical island would be the foundation for our shared vision. Now married, we’ve channelled our passion and eclectic expertise into Find Your Magic—a sanctuary for people like you, who are ready to escape the noise, reconnect with their inner selves, and embrace life with fresh energy.
Drawing from our diverse backgrounds in event and project management, personal training, sound therapy, and coaching, we craft experiences that seamlessly blend wellness, relaxation, and self-discovery with adventure, play, and meaningful connection. Whether you join us for a short adventure or a life-changing retreat, we’re here to guide you on a journey that’s exhilarating, joyful, and unforgettable.
Rob is a sound therapist, straw marquetry artist, and DJ who creates experiences and art that connect people, awaken their senses, and elevate their lives. After 30+ years as an international DJ, he turned his passion for music into a healing art, retraining as a sound therapist, and now practices in both the UK and Crete. Alongside group sound journeys, his 1:1 work specialises in helping people address their physical, emotional and mental health through Voice Analysis and Vibrational Retuning.
From a Degree in Management to coaching people in the wilds of Crete, Ed is passionate about helping people come home to their most alive and vibrant self. A certified personal trainer and body-focused coach, he has been supporting individuals and groups since 2011 to transform their health and lifestyle. His Alignment Coaching approach guides people to reclaim their power in 4 key areas: health, work, relationships and home.
