"I found this retreat very relaxing, informative and fun. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere felt from the minute we arrived.

Ed and Rob put their hearts into it throughout the whole week, starting with perfect timekeeping, attention to detail, and delicious and versatile meals every night.

Watching the sunrise and sunset was magical. We visited many hidden places, hiked in the mountains, swam in a waterfall, went to the beach, worked out - as well as sound journeys which made this experience unforgettable. I would definitely want to repeat it."

"I can honestly say that this is the best retreat I've attended (I've been on a lot of retreats over the last 25 years)!

It was terrific because of the way that Ed and Rob organised and facilitated the week and I felt very supported throughout. By the end of the retreat, I felt that I'd been able to show up as myself, be vulnerable and open, felt part of the collective, had let go a lot, had lots of adventures, said yes to everything and trusted in the unknown. Above all else I had a lot of fun and a wonderful time.

The retreat was well organised from the moment that I booked with one-to-one on-line meetings with both Ed and Rob. There was also an on-line meeting of the entire group a week prior to arriving at the retreat. This meant that I started the retreat meeting with friends and not strangers.
