For groups of 4 to 6 women in the same season of life. The children have grown, work has peaked or shifted, a relationship has changed or ended, and somewhere along the way you stopped putting yourself first.
Outer days are for adventure in the wild beauty of Crete: embarking on moderate hikes through ancient gorges, swimming in secluded natural pools, basking in the warm glow of the sun after a cleansing waterfall wash, and sampling the very best of Crete’s legendary food, straight from the land and sea.
Inner days are designed for profound breakthroughs. With Ed’s clarity coaching sessions and Rob’s sound healing, you’ll experience deep relaxation and get clearer on what’s next—with tools and resources to support you on your journey.
