We’re Ed and Rob—two natural connectors who love helping people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Whether it’s through our individual work or one of our signature retreats, every experience we create is designed to help you step away from the chaos of modern life and tap into something deeper, more joyful, and profoundly transformative.
We’re thrilled to be bringing a taste of Find Your Magic to London.
Rob Sykes is a sound therapist with a deep understanding of how music and sound can heal, soothe, and restore balance to the mind and body. After a 30-year career as an international DJ, Rob retrained as a sound therapist and now offers group sound journeys, one-to-one rebalancing sessions and voice analysis and vibrational retuning programs in London and Crete.
Edward Pike is a certified personal trainer, body psychotherapist and intuitive life coach, who has spent over a decade guiding individuals and groups to reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their uniqueness, and align with their true purpose. From a Degree in Management to coaching people in the wilds of Crete, he’s your man for an impromptu dance or a deep meaningful chat around the campfire.
Our motto? “Embrace Your Magic, Elevate Your Life”.
We specialise in creating exhilarating life resets in Crete for frazzled city folk.
We help people who feel they’ve lost themselves in the demands of modern life to reconnect with their body, senses, energy, and intuition in a profound, playful and straightforward way. It’s definitely not wrapped up in New Age woo-woo.
Our approach and philosophy are rooted in the premise that stepping away from the familiar day-to-day environments and immersing yourself in nature is crucial to rekindling your natural sense of curiosity and connection.
We’re known for creating life-affirming, highly-personalised, dynamic and balanced programs combining exhilarating outdoor adventures with movement, sound therapy, coaching, and relaxation, where every detail is taken care of.
This event is designed as a stand-alone workshop, a taster for people curious about our work, and as a top-up for our retreat alumni.
