I’m not “spiritual”—is this still for me?

Absolutely. Our retreats focus on personal growth, self-discovery, and well-being. While we incorporate holistic practices, there's no requirement for any spiritual background. We welcome everyone with an open mind and heart.

How do I book?

What happens on a group retreat?

What happens on a group retreat?

Our group retreats blend nature, movement, sound, and coaching to create a deeply rejuvenating and transformative experience. We alternate days of 'inner exploration' (fitness, coaching and sound therapy) with 'outer exploration (excursions, hikes, wild swimming, and local food).

How many people are on a retreat?

We keep our groups intimate—usually 10 to 15 people—so everyone receives attention, space, and connection.

I’ve never done anything like this before. Will I fit in?

Absolutely. Most participants are solo travelers. Our group retreats are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and accessible. You don’t need any experience—just curiosity and an open mind.

What’s included in the price?

Retreat pricing includes airport transfers to and from Chania airport, accommodation, meals at the venue, scheduled sessions, and all materials. Please check the specific retreat page for a full list of what is and what is not included.

How physically demanding is it?

While hikes, physical workouts and movement sessions are part of the experience, we welcome all levels. You need to be able to comfortably hike 3 hours. All fitness sessions are tailored to your specific level and mobility.

Do I need to bring anything special?

A few before the retreat, we’ll send you a packing list. Generally, you’ll want to bring comfortable clothes, swimwear, walking shoes, and any personal items for outdoor or movement-based activities.

What’s your refund policy?

Our refund policies are outlined in our Booking Conditions and in our retreats terms. Please review them for specific details.

Where exactly are the retreats held?

Our groups retreats are hosted in Armonia Retreat Venue, a serene location in a picturesque village called Douliana, in Apokoronas, Chania region (West Crete) chosen for its natural beauty and tranquility.

Do you help with travel arrangements?

While participants are responsible for their travel to Crete, we can provide guidance on accommodation options on where to stay before or after the retreat.

What’s a Solo Reset?

What’s a Solo Reset?

A personalised, one-to-one retreat designed around your needs—whether that’s rest, reflection, healing, or direction. You’ll experience sound therapy, coaching, nature immersion, and time for deep restoration in a stunning setting.

Who is a Solo Reset for?

Perfect if you’re feeling frazzled or burned out, in a big life transition, or simply want space to recalibrate without the group dynamic. These are designed especially for mid-lifers seeking a pause and a powerful reset.

How is it different from a group retreat?

Solo Resets are fully customised. There’s no fixed program—you’ll co-create your days with Ed and/or Rob, depending on your needs, and have complete space to rest or reflect at your own pace.

How much does it cost?

A Solo Reset costs on average around €2,000 for a 7-day experience, excluding travel, accommodation and most meals. The price varies depending on the itinerary, and can be adapted upwards or downwards.

Can I include coaching and/or sound therapy?

Absolutely. We tailor your reset to include any combination of coaching, voice analysis, sound journeys, or embodied practices.

How long is a Solo Reset?

Typically 4–7 days, though this can be extended depending on availability and your personal goals.

Where does it take place?

Your Solo Reset is hosted on the island of Crete in the region of Rethymno.

Do you offer follow-up support after the retreat?

Yes. Many Solo Reset clients continue with online coaching or sound therapy to integrate their experience and support long-term change.

How does voice analysis work?

How does voice analysis work?

Voice analysis assesses the frequencies in your voice to identify imbalances in your physical and emotional well-being. By introducing personalised frequencies over a period of time, we can restore harmony, address specific health issues and promote healing.

What kinds of issues can it help with?

Sound therapy supports the body and mind in recalibrating to a natural state of harmony, making it a powerful complement for a wide range of challenges—from emotional trauma, anxiety, and depression to physical conditions like joint pain, hormone imbalances, and sleep disturbances. It can help soothe the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and promote cellular repair, which is why it’s used in support of everything from digestive issues, migraines, and allergies to neurological conditions like Parkinson’s, MS, and post-stroke paralysis. By working with frequency and vibration, sound therapy gently restores balance—especially for those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their own healing potential.

Is it safe? What if I’m skeptical?

Yes, sound therapy is a non-invasive and safe modality. Skepticism is natural; we encourage you to approach the experience with an open mind and see how it resonates with you personally. If you have a specific health condition or are pregnant, we’ll always check in with you beforehand to make sure it’s right for you.

Can I do it remotely?

Yes, we offer remote sessions where personalized frequencies are delivered through high-quality audio, allowing you to experience the benefits from your own space.

How long does it take to notice changes?

While some people feel an immediate sense of calm or clarity after a sound therapy session, the real magic often happens over time. Think of sound therapy like a vibrational vitamin—each session nourishes your system, gently supporting balance, healing, and resilience. Just like a supplement, it’s the cumulative effect that creates lasting change. That’s why we recommend an initial 30-day period of consistent sessions to allow the frequencies to fully integrate, recalibrate your nervous system, and create space for deeper transformation to unfold. It’s a gradual, layered process—and it works best with steady rhythm.
